What These Terms Cover

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the acd77 platform in any capacity — including as a registered member or a guest visitor — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all services provided by acd77, including sports betting, cricket betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and any promotional or bonus offers made available on the platform.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to maintain only one active account on the acd77 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension without the release of any funds. To open an account on acd77, you must complete the registration process in full.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• acd77 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any time, including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide these documents within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
• Any suspicious activity detected on your account — including multiple login attempts from different locations, unusual betting patterns, or attempts to exploit software errors — must be reported to acd77 support immediately.

acd77 reserves the right to close any account where fraudulent or irregular activity is suspected. In such cases, acd77 may withhold any balance pending a full investigation, in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

acd77 supports secure BDT transactions through a range of locally trusted payment channels. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following rules govern all deposits and withdrawals.

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer options (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank). acd77 does not accept cash deposits or third-party funded accounts.

• Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash directly, and are valid only for the account holder to whom they were issued. Sharing or transferring bonus credits to another player is strictly prohibited.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted by law, acd77's total liability to any player for any cause of action shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident. acd77 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss.
